The Home Ownership Education Programme (HOEP)

This course is designed to help you find out the things you've always wanted to know about owning a home, from whether its a good idea for you, to what features you need in a house, to how to actually go about buying/building a home.

The aims of the course is to:

Explain the benefits, risks, costs and obligations of owning a homeTell you how to buy or build a house and to give you some tools and advice to help you plan for and achieve your home ownership goals.

The course consists of eight modules run over one 8hour day.
At the moment the courses have all been held on a Saturday.

Anyone wishing to attend this course will need to contact this office (number at bottom of webpages) and speak to either myself Sophie Smith or Dianne Smith for the purposes of catering and seating.
